Got my modifications wrong again unfortunately. It's still a go to for me though. They are always fast and their particular chicken patties taste better to me than McDonald's or Burger King.

The spicy chicken tenders are spicy but pretty good. A little dry.. I did finish all 5. I did ask for french fries with no salt and didnt receive them.

Every time I go through the drive thru they forget to add items to my bags that I pay for. The fries are never a true large, as they always stack ketchup packets on top of the fries to fill the boxes.

Would have got 5 stars... because the gale at the window was Awesome!!! But some how ended up with 1 curly and 1 regular when I ordered 2 curly. Oops.

I ordered a southwest salad through Uber eats the guy was amazing the delivery guy was awesome but the food was disgusting the lettuce look old as heck I asked for southwest dressing I got ranch.Will definitely never order from here again, I would of posted the picture but it doesn’t let me

I eat here too often. They always get my order correct and the food is exactly what it is supposed to be. Quick and friendly.

My go to after work! Always the munchie meals! Sometime you get different combinations within the sandwich, always a surprise, I got bacon bits or ranch on the sandwich without request which I'm cool with. 💯

In and out, fast working. No problem.

Bad service drive thu is supposed to be 24 hours yet the drive-thru always seems to be closedbecause no one seems to ever be attending it are there busy outside having a smoke break all the time like in all reality what's the point of having a 24-hour drive-thru if you're not going to be working it

Food is warm not hot and staff acted like I wasn't there

It's always a "better than average" place to eat if you're wanting fast food. The service is always fairly fast and the staff is always very pleasant. In comparison to the McDonalds in town where you may get what you a order, at this restaurant you never have to worry.

They were fast and friendly. The food was fresh and hot.

They did a great job, but we only went through the drive through window.

Faster service & consistency will help the store

Very slow service orderd extra large #1 looked like a kids meal waited for over 30 minutes for it was late for work will never go there again

Average for a fast food restaurant. Made us park in the parking lot when there was no one behind us. Other than that it was fine.

the cute girl with black hair and glasses helped me today in the drive threw. I hope to see her again I had butterflies in my stomach. looks like heaven is missing one of their angels.

Not even 1 star at the N 1st street location. Only paying customers have access to the bathroom and you had better hope they aren't busy since a cashier has to buzz you in... Not to mention they seem to have a 30 minute time allotted for you get in eat and get out according to the sign posted on the front door. definitely not worth your time or your money. When McDonald's is 2 miles south

very dry paty. i had wait for 25 minute in the drive tru just to get a dry patty a dry curly fries it seem it was already pre made never go back again👿👿👿👿👿

The Jack in the box located on north first unfortunately has a problem that is far to big for on restaurant to deal with. My advice is to stay in your vehicles and purchase the items you want in the drive through

Took forever for someone to even notice we were there. But after they did take notice service was fast and my shakes were good.

Hated the plexiglass people stood far away is ridiculous it should not take 5 minutes to take one order Why they wait for one car to leave before they take an order I do not know but I will not return

I wouldn't give them any stars. I've been to this place a few times in the morning and its only because the morning staff is lazy and never gives your order the way u asked for. Curly fries are always dry and old always forget to add whatever I asked them to add. Straight up lazy. Must be poor management or something.

Shake machine down at 3 am? Ok.No mini tacos? OkThree sauces not available? OkAnd no soda......what DO you have on stock?

The service is always exceptionally delicious as well as quick without compromising the quality. One of the qualities that set them apart from most of the other fast food chains in Yakima is the fact that they offer better deals late night when a majority of their competitors have already closed down for the night. The only option that may not be available on their menu after a certain time would have to be their milkshakes, ice cream dessert choices due to a daily cleaning schedule required for the safety of the customer. Be sure to ask what time they shut down the machine so you can get your order in and enjoy one of their choice selections that are always as good as they look.

This store always gets my order wrong. Patties are always old and dry. Go somewhere else.

I was the only person in line and had to wait to order untill the manager was done explaining to a co worker about not being 20 min late. And co worker cussed and yelled. They yelled at each other for 10 min ignoring me in line. And both of them walked away and didn't even offer to take my order!! And from my booth i can still hear manager complaining to other workers about the whole thing. Wow feel like im back in highschool. And neither person apologized for what they did in front of me
